This is a 40-minute guided meditation that takes you from the beginning of your life until now allowing you to clear away some of the incidents in your life by seeing them from a larger perspective. It is definitely for adults, 21 and older, because it calls on you to remember certain experiences at different ages. Included are four 10-minute Affirmative Meditations: there are opening words to bring the listener to a state of relaxation and peace followed by silence; each meditation is different, using a combination of guiding words and silence that helps keep your focus and evolve the meditation.
